As a First Nations person of Canada, I thought the representation you gave the Wendigo was awesome. Not many people know of the Wendigo, and I am a full believer in it, plus skin walkers, and I thought you did a really good job on the doll. I’m sad it’s taken down, but I’m happy you understand how the representation of a creature of a different culture can be tricky. You took it down to keep peace with everyone who has different ideas of it, because that’s how folklore creatures are: all similar but never the same and people will tear you up if it’s not their version of it represented.

I see that you still have likes and dislikes turned off on your apology video. Why? I get you explained away why comments are turned off, but why the like to dislike ratio? The fact that you had that turned off is why I unsubscribed to you. If you mute your audience on something as "important" as that, what else will you mute your audience on.
I personally feel as if she just shut down any sort of discussion or criticism of the video. Do I believe that some people did not like her interpretation of a part of native american culture yes of course, but why couldnt she have a discussion in the comments with people who did disagree instead all she did was remove the video and post that awful apology.
You're probably badly interpreting stuff lmao She's not trying to mute her audience, The video probably has the dislike and like ratio disabled in addition of the comments so that it stays as neutral as possible , If people saw the high dislike ratio, they would pressure her in reuploading the video despite her mentioning that it was a conscious choice (people voiced concerns about the video, and she did her own research to make the best decision) If there was a huge like ratio, then people would question why the comments were disabled if the video was so well received
