wait anakin cheated on padme with THE DARK SIDE
0:35
It's largest blunder is actually how they completely screwed up General Grievous.
Looking forward to his thoughts on the Bad Batch show when it comes out next month.
I hear Gabe Newell every time I read “worth the wait”
The only problem with the seige arc is that it came out after rebels. If it came out before rebels it would be so much better because we wouldnt know if maul ahsoka or rex would survive
I dont understand the "Disney is over using Darth Maul" complaint. How did you get so tired of seeing him in Rebels? He was in 5 episodes of the entire show. 5/75. He had less episodes than Vader or Tarkin. The only other thing he was in was Solo and he had about a minute of screen time. How can Disney overuse a character who's only been in two separate things and is in those things for a very small amount of time. That complaint has always been the dumbest
so tragic that the entire series was about giving the clones individual personalities and humanizing them, and the last arc completely took that away with Order 66. Amazing writing
I feel so sad seeing Ahsoka had to go through order 66, let alone her own battalion wearing her tattoo markings trying to gun her down at the end
Yes it was.
The droid mission was much better. It was pure fun rivalling more serious arcs. At the least it was a nice break.
the tears that streamed my face as soon as i watched the last episode because i knew what was going to happen
If the clone wars team could just completely make the prequels in the clone wars animated style, it would honestly be one of the best pieces of media period
I feel like because Sam is an actor, and seeing how he works in the studio, I can totally understand why you’d say he’s amazing. I watched a video and he was truly acting out his lines, he was so into it the character.
I feel like the Utapau/Kyber Crystal Arc was one that definitely should have been animated over the Bad Batch or the Martel sisters. We got to see tie ins with the Kyber Crystal/Death Star plot, Grievous, Anakin and Obi-Wan relationship development, as well as Anakin grapple with Ashoka’s choice to leave the order. I’m sure edits could’ve been made to further implement Anakins grappling with the Dark side too
Dont forget that the score of the last Episode helps with the emotion
waiting all this time for clone wars season 7: i sleep chess players waiting for chess 2: real shit
Wait, season 7 was a year ago? Wow time flys by
I mean we now know why they did the Bad Batch arc and why it ended the way it did. Cause they were setting it up for CLONE WARS 2 BABYYYYYYYYYY (and yes i know it ain't that but cmon)
Gonna be honest, when Rex and Ashoka looked each other in “Victory and Death” I got serious Rise of Skywalker flashbacks and just kept saying “please don’t kiss, PLEASE DON’T KISS, P L E A S E D O N T K I S S” and I don’t know why...
They should have ditched the majority of the trace sister ark and add the crystal heist ark it adds to a anakin and general grievous character
Ahsoka arc , oh boy, I like how much I did not like that arc.
After I watched victory and death, I lay crying on the floor for 2hrs and questioned my entire existence
First 4 episodes were good 5-8 was horrible and 9-12 was perfection
My favorite thing about the seventh season. Me and my brothers each picked a favorite. I personally though crosshairs was the best.
The two sisters were horrible, they are so dumb and Asoka could have been smart enough to stay away from them after the first episode with them.
“It would be refreshing to have them be the bad guys once Order 66 hits”
1:37 id actually say its 4 arcs: bad batch, martez sisters, siege of mandalore in episode 9 and 10, and then order 66. I just say that because the last two episodes don't take much from the previous two besides maul and rex. Mandalore isn't really impactful in the final two episodes, the mandalorians are gone, so i actually see it as 4 arcs.
The only problem I have with the finale, is that Ahsoka was looking out at the clones who had died, when I feel it should have been Rex who should have been given that honor. They were HIS brothers after all.
I just finished watching the CW and watched the review. I never agreed with you more than I do with the Siege of Mandalore. Just, man...
The finale 4 episodes are the BEST out of the entire starwars saga (not including the first 3 movies). The Duel aggainst Darth maul and ashoka Tano have so much tension, And the sound design is insanly good. And order 66 is so heart breaking, to see Rex, the clone trooper who would've killed himself to save any jedi or clone, turn on Ashoka and try to kill her, as he tries to stop the order, but can't. So over-all season 7 is the best season (other then season 5 and season 2, which are still close to it's quality).
Before I even watch this I’m gonna say no. It wasn’t worth the wait, because nothing would be worth such a long wait. But was it good, yes! Sure it dragged in parts but I enjoyed it.
This season made Maul one of my favorite characters and only made me like Rex and Ahsoka more.
let's be honest, we all hoped that the pikes would kill Trace and Rafa, at least i did.
I've been showing my girlfriend clone wars, when she knows nothing about star wars. Never watched anything about the original trilogy, or the prequels. Had her watch prequel recaps. As to not ruin her opinion on anakin. Right now we're in season 3, and I do not comment on anything. Do not spoil anything. And only let her voice her opinions on how she feels an arc was, or answer questions she has. Shes already so invested and we're only in early season 3. I cannot wait to see her breaking down all of season 6 and 7. Then explaining and showing what happens to anakin and obi wan. :D also am having her keep a tier list of her personal opinion of each arc. Only arc ive ever put input on that we have yet to watch and that ive said blatently is my favorite standalone arc is the mortis arc but its pretty irrelevent to the story besides the one darth vader moment.
rank every Adventure Time song
I C U P
They could of also added the Son of Dathomir arc and the one with Ventess.
Order 66 originally felt pretty out of nowhere and didn't have a lot of impact outside of initial shock for me. But then the Clone Wars showed us the people who died, the people who executed the order, and all the friendships, respect, fears, and emotions of them. We witness people who were born to die in a war, soldiers through and through, trying to be distinct as individuals. But ultimately, good soldiers follow orders.
Also I would be fine with Disney allowing Dave to remake ever star wars movie but the original trilogy
Also saff the bad batch has it’s own show so maybe it could have that thing you wanted
The 3rd arc was the thing I connected to most in star wars since I saw it back when I was 3 on vhs in my grandmas basement
It fixes *all* of the issues the prequels had General grievous: Am i a joke to you?
The rest of the show is good, but I died. 0/10
To me, the Martez sisters arc was not that good, but I found the first one jjst fucking stupid. Maybe it's because I watched the season after they announced a Bad Batch series, but it seemed to me the first four episodes was just to introduce you to this later series. The tone was completely off from the last episodes, being more light hearted and action packed, like "YEAH, THIS IS AWESOOOOME" with moments like ITS WRECKING TIME or the sniper who makes all the shots bounce in mirrors. To me, that set of episodes wpuld have a place in the first or second season mentality, not the last one, after Ahsoka leaving, the biochip arc... But the last arc is just too freaking gooooooooooood Martez Sisters Arc should be 2 episodes, for sure. But I thought it average, it eliminated the bad taste Bad Batch left in my mouth. There are good ideas, but it was too overstretched.
Jesus just watching the clips and listening to what you had to say about siege of mandalore made me cry. I genuinely think it is the best piece of media that exists
I feel like Disney really screwed up the 2nd arc in season seven
tbh i thought the bad batch arc was horrible - however I'm excited as fuck for the show, because I think it has a lot of potential - especially if we get some really detailed looks at the Empire's actions after Order 66, and some of the clones at the beginning of the Empire (Cody please??)
I just realized that Siege of Mandalore was the first thing to really make me cry in Star Wars. Vader scared the shit out of me in Fallen Order but it was 4:30 in the morning and really cold in my house so I might have been prone to such things...
The thing that ruined it for me was that we already new what happened to Rex
well they are making the bad bacth seiers
I seem to be in the minority. I loved the episodes with the sisters. I liked them as characters, and I liked the group dynamic with them and Ahsoka. They're not perfect episodes, but I personally consider them among my favorites. On the other hand, I HATED the Bad Batch episodes. I did not at all like the Bad Batch. I thought they were boring, flat, completely uninteresting characters. I didn't really care about anything happening. It was a struggle to push through those episodes. The sisters' episodes were a relief for me, and then the final episodes were, of course, fantastic.
all hail our lord and savor schaffrillas
The bad batch is like the star wars TF2 team
No idea why, but the droid arc is one of my favorites too
The moment Rex started crying, I had lost it, even my dad was glancing at the tissue box. Then with Darth Vader’s brief showing just put the cherry on top.
All I want to see is RotS reanimated in Clone Wars animation, with better dialogue. If I can get that, I will die happy.
You forget one thing....... The bad batch have a show
"How do holograms work?" Top 10 questions not even science can answer.
The blue chemistry specially own because week specially reduce through a succinct grenade. tacky, cautious arrow
i think it is funnay cause even poeple who like the prequals my included seem to dtiss not like episode 2
Me and my family call the second arc of season 7 the chimp sisters arc
If only Frodo Baggins had taken that Skillshare photography course before he went on his quest, , ,
they just wanted bad batch because they needed context for the upcoming show
Bad batch was just setting up the bad batch show. They should have shown the boba fett arc with cad bane.
I have to be honest, I disagree with the last arc rating, I rate it 12/10
How tragic would it have been if echo was in jesse’s place
"maybe someday we'll get an animated adaptation of revenge of the sith" *frantically googles how old is george lucas*
Now, it may just be me, but the clones seemed so much less human after Order 66 went out. I mean, compare to prior and the clones were so emotive, especially the 501st clones were so free spirited, but then even just prior to Order 66, seeing them stand at port arms in formation, not moving or talking, just this perfect bearing with all of their faces covered by their helms. Then later, their heads and bodies seemed to move less when they talked after the order went out, and it wasn't like their were mindless. We see them speak, we see them act tactically, but they were so unfeeling, like, well, the perfect soldier.
HOW COME YOU DIDN'T LIKE D-SQUAD ARC??!?!?! Jk i respect your opinion :D
I liked Rebels but what if it was redone in the clone wars animation style, I think it would be incredible as the animation is the biggest reason I've heard for people disliking it Also not all of the story is bad
Hey i like de DROID arc
yes it was worth it
I agree with Lucas with the droid arc. It ain’t my fav but it was pretty good
Vader finding ahsoka's lightsaber was absolutely heartbreaking
When I was little I never saw the end of revenge of the sith so I thought everything was ok but then one day I saw the end of it and I really felt betrayed and it’s A FREAKING MOVIE
I was not a fan of the middle ark
I can't express this enough. If your a star wars fan, you must watch the siege of mandalor ark. It is a movie in it's own and is arguably the best story in all of star wars. It wraps up the show in a best way possible, leaving room for characters like Ahsoka and Rex to grow, like we know they do.
Why does George Lucas love everything that everyone hates? Lol
Bad Batch arc makes a lot more sense now that we know it's a backdoor pilot huh
When clone wars came out, it made all 3 prequels look like a joke If I had to rank all Star Wars movies and tv shows both clone wars shows, rebels and Mandalorian would be in the top 8 #sequels better than prequels in almost every way
I think the problem with the first arc, is that it was never meant to be a centrepiece, it was never meant to have a beginning and an end, only a beginning, because that is what it was, a stepping stone, to introduce the bad batch so their series would make sense, and Anakin for revenge of the Sith.
Season 7 mirrors the prequels, the first arc is alright just like the phantom of menace, the second arc is just as terrible as attack of the clones and the third arc is as much as a master piece as revenge of the sith.
I thought all the arcs where really good
The fact that this man put the Arc that gave us Gregor as worse than the Arc that gave Jar Jar a girlfriend is a complete shock to me
While Season 7 was great, I’d love it if they did a season 8 or maybe even some kind of anthology series with some of the unused arcs. Cad Bane vs Boba Fett, Crystal Crisis, Son of Dathomir, the Grievous arc, and many other cancelled arcs would be amazing to see unfold
The revenge of the Sith Is awesome.... But anaking performance as always is awfull
@Brandon King hm, not the greatest on the saga
It's not the performance if you ask me. It's more about the lines he had to work around.
wayyyyyyyyyyyy better than OT imo
The thing is with my experience of the clone wars is that it’s mostly bad until it’s got Maul. Then it’s great
Master plo Koon should’ve got more screen time
@shaffrillasproductions hi! Thanks for this video! Can you name some of the most important clone wars episodes?
I like jar-jar
(People who think that the clone wars is a bad show) YOUR ALL GOING TO BURN! YOUR ALL GOING TO DIE!!!
I watched all of season 7 and straight after watched the mandalorion in a marathon and when I saw Asoka in the mandalorion I had flashbacks to the scene of Asoka standing over the graves of the 501st troopers and my jaw dropped( I almost cried again just from being reminded of it
I totally feel his thing with the holograms, like a door will open BEHIND the person in the hologram, and they turn around and is like "oh, Anakin, hello."
when they introduced charming droids just to kill them 🥲🔫
The only cw arc even close to the siege of mandalore is the bombing of the jedi temple
I'd love to see what you think of the mandalorian finale
The Droid arc was not terrible, like the shit with the commando was so good, granted it takes awhile to get there but the payoff is decent
“Yes Rico, kaboom”
i hope they do one or two seasons of lost episodes to finish off the arcs that disney didn't let them finish and then rearrange the final seasons (6- possibly 8 or 9) to fit into the chronological events
